I'm glad to hear you say that. I realize that sometimes people really do need the extra help to get them going, but once you've gotten the rythm I just don't see the point in using what then becomes a crutch. Your'e right You can't just turn to the meds every time you gain some weight. I'm proud of you for sticking it out and doing it on your own!!!

Due to having Shingles for the last week,I havent been to the gym for the last week.Been too sick to go,will be going back tomorrow hopefully.
I will write in something then.

Hi Magenta. Glad to hear your doing better. Shingles can be pretty bad. Hey, I've started my Aussie fund. So be ready for me in a few years!!

:-D Yeah come over,I have a big house,4bedrooms,so you are welcome to stay.Hotels are expensive,home cooked meals are also cheaper[free].
Start saving now,it wont take long,I might do the same thing.Love to see america,texas too!Love to see your horses!

Well, come on over!!! I too, have plenty of room. Just me and hubby in a 5 bedroom house. Converted one room into office and another into workout room(so you can still exercise) Take off my room and that still leaves 2 more!! City peple tend to get bored out here. We are 30 miles from San Antonio and the population here is 350. I love it because at night it's really quiet and dark. I can sit out on the porch and watch the stars. You can't really see them from the city.

Your place sounds great,having your horses with you in my book would be heaven sent!I did live in the country for 3yrs,had a house with a horse block attached.I loved it,had to move back to the city and put her into a stable.She is retired now and out to paddock in the country.
Me and hubby,kids live in south australia,in a suburb about 12kilometres from adelaide,the capital city.Your welcome to stay when you are ready! 8)

Thanks Magenta. Maybe I can set that trip to me my gift to me for reaching my goal. I have talked to hubby for years about going there and he said have fun. His attitude is if he can't drive there he doesn't need to be there. Also, all the crazy wildlife shows have scared him.
