:grin: Good may thanks,still writing down recipes and sticking to salads for now!Havent had time,had lots of kids around hogging the computer.They get on the chat rooms to their school friends!
Cant get on it for 5minutes.Babysat my niece/nephews saturday night overnight! 8)
Been a mad house,got green apples in the fridge,low G.I.Every type of bean known to man!In cans,fresh,lots of salad veg,fruit.Whole grain bread.Have to give up the vegimite/promite,full of salt!
I am going to try to go to bed earlier,thats why I am going on line during the day.Only time I can get on it while kids are at school!
Its heading into summer in oz,we had a heap of wild weather.Rain/storms and a flood hit virginia/gawler a few days ago.
My son does BMX racing[he is 4]just brought him a new bike/gear.The tracks have been flooded out.Glad I dont live in those areas,my niece/nephews school was flooded out and they couldnt go to school for 3 days!
Thats when I end up with them all because I am the stay at home not working mum!Go shopping again tomorrow,try a few more recipes!Catch you all tomorrow[maybe]!

I thought I was going to be on more this week since I'm off this week for Thanksgiving break, but the wiring for my phone line was messed up. The guy came out and fixed it so I can get on again. Come back soon. Good luck to you. Finals are coming up in the next couple of weeks so I should be on a little bit more next month before school starts up again in January.

Hi zoey!Im still around!Still going on the G.I. diet,it really helps to keep you full for longer.I wonder what you [zoey] and may are up to over there!
I have got back into aerobics again full time,monday to fridays anyway.My knee is much better now,but still get a few twinges now and again.
No more excuses thou!I have brought low fat ice cream for the first time ever,its not too bad,expensive thou.Started to drink a lot of apple/water with ice,helps me drink more water.I am really bad for not drinking enough water.
I am eating more fruit as part of the G.I. diet,plums/peaches/pears YUMMY.Havent eaten much fruit for years,they up your water intake and fill you up heaps!
:grin: I have all the salads and fruit I need for the week so I dont run out.I feel much better eating all the fruit!
I am still not game enough to weigh myself,but will in a few weeks time!Zoey you are going so good,I am jeallous,bye!

Hey, I love the idea of all the fruit. I eat lots of fruit. I have problems with the veggies though. Daughter is having problems with not being allowed fruit. Because of her elevated blood sugar the only fruit she can have is apples and strawberries and even that is very limited. Only 3 strawberries or 1/2 and apple!

Sounds like you are getting back into it Magenta. My mom started step again last month after her knee surgery. I love eating fruit, but most of them are out of season her since it's winter. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't eat strawberries, I love them. Especially chocolate ones! Keep going Magenta!
