Well, I have a B12 deficiency. I have to give myself a shit once a month. I can tell you that it seems , for me the B12 really makes a difference paired with Phen.
If I were you I would try taking B12 and see if it makes you feel any different. You may notice an increase in energy and loss of appetite like I do. I tend to think that Methylcobalamin that you let desolve under your tongue are better (especially for people that have trouble absorbing B12.)

It is cherry flavored and you just let it desolve under your tongue.
It won't hurt you. It is a vitamin. If you take too much of it, it will just leave your body through your urine. So, don't try to take any more than what the bottle recommends.
