Today I weighed myself and I've lost 21.7 pounds since june 9th. I started out at 248.6 and now I weigh 226.7. Things have been going great so far. I love summer because theres more fruit and vegtables, and the farmers markets are great for those so I've been eating more of them. I also put those new 100 calorie snacks in my locker at work so I won't buy the junk out of the vending machine. My manager at work told me how great I looked last night and she can tell I've been losing weight. Sad news my favorite aerobics instructor is moving out of state next week, so I need to find a new class. More news to come next time.

On Sunday I tried a step class. It was fun I really enjoyed it. My calves are still sore. I think I will keep going to that one if I don't have to work sunday mornings. It has been a little tough trying to work out and work two jobs, but I get it in when I can. As long as I keep up with cutting back on calories and drinking water I should be ok until I have more time to work out. I registered to go back to school in the fall so I will be cutting back some hours at my second job so I will be able to work out after my classes. I'm excited to go back to school. Until next time

School... Heck you could more thank likely take a step type class as one of you P.E. classes. I know my wife took yoga and kickboxing. That might be one thing to check into if time is an issue.

I'm kind of limited on my time for classes since I work 8 - 3:30, so I have to find evening classes. My classes end around 6 and the gym is open until midnight so it'll probably be easier to fit the gym into my schedule then another class. And with the way the state keeps raising tuition it's probably cheaper to go to the gym instead of take a PE class. I will have to take one soon so I can transfer.
