Thanks for all the great words guys. I know that I need it... I have stop taking the phen for a bit. It started wearing off on me by the time I got home from work. I didn't have the energy to even play with my kids or help out around the house and thats no good. I can see how people gain weight back when coming off. I was really hungry..... I had another big cheat meal. But I worked out my legs and I am starting to get it back under control. So I feel like it anyway. I am going to try to get my own cardio system up with out the pills. It will be hard but I know I can do it.

Well, this last week hasn't been as nice as the other ones. But, I know it's more of my fault. I stop taking the phen for a week now and I have put on 2 lbs. Yet, I didn't go out running and I have had a few nights of drinking as well. With my wife grad... from college and taking finals next week things got crazy around here. I notice the phen wasn't helping the stress levels any when it was wearing off. But instead now after I put the kids down for the night I have a couple of beers to releave the stress a bit. I will be so glad when school is done!!!!!!

When I first started the Phen my husband said it really made me agitated easily. Not a good side effect when you are trying to get through finals, but the energy would be good for late night studying!!!
