I just ordered Phentermine over the internet a couple days ago and expect to receive it by Monday. This is my second day of eating better and drinking loads of water. I am a nurse that works 12 hour night shifts and to be honest, I hate to exercise. It is so easy to let myself slack off when I am working 4 nights in a row. I also have a husband and 2 children still at home to take care of. I am hoping that taking Phentermine will be the boost I need to really commit myself to loosing this hateful fat that consumes my body. Reading the stories of everyone else gives me great hope that I can do this without giving up. Today I weigh 155 pounds. It is the most I have weighed since being pregnant. My goal is to loose 35 pounds. I don't expect to loose it in 1-2 months. I will take my time and see how it goes. Lorrie

Hi pink and thanks for sharing that with us. Working over night alone can mess with ones head. Trying to adjust all the time to the days and the nights and then have kids to take care of. My worked that same thing for a while before going back to schoo. So I know how tough it can be on someone. Just keep you head up and talk with us if you need something. I am sure you will do just fine.

Hey Lorrie, I know how hard it is to be overweight and to want to be thinner. It's mentally very tough on us, and it's especially hard when society is constantly telling us to be thin. It's even harder if you've got kids and a husband to worry about as well as a job...makes finding the time to work on improving YOURSELF even harder. But the good thing is that we CAN lose the weight as long as we are willing to make the necessary committment. Good luck with the phentermine--it really does help to boost weight loss and give extra energy. I'm sure you'll have success with it. I understand why you wouldn't feel like exercising--you nurses do so much running around, I can't imagine I would have the energy left to exercise afterwards if I were in your shoes...just do what you feel comfortable with. It's likely that all that running around will be enough exercise for you anyway.
