Well today sunday 31st of july 2005 iv started my dare i say the word diet.Heathy eating plan sounds better .Went to boots to there lil scales put my 30 pence in and nealy died 12stone 8 pounds :shock: :shock: :shock: omg iv got a lot of work to do but im not just doing this for me its my daugher as well 14 and 2 stone over weight and yes its my fault luckly my other daughter is a heathy weight

have also put the dreaded tape around all my lil rolls and folds thats are kept well hiden from the rest of the world i am thinking of the weight watchers diet iv been there done that and yes to me is does work if stuck to i will kepp you all imformed next week at how its all going and no doupt il be on here some times having a lil moan so please bear with me :grin:

I was interested to learn that you're English, my mom is English too Anyway, are you using phen or just trying to stick to some sort of diet? If you are using phen then I'm pleased to tell you that I'm sure it will help you to lose the weight you want to lose. It works really well...at least it worked really well for me! Don't forget to make sure that you are eating healthily though (lots of water, lean meats, vegetables, fruit, whole wheat bread and pasta, not too many sweets, white breads, butter, etc). Eating healthily is really important both to help us lose weight and to keep our bodies healthy and prevent sickness, etc. Try to get som exercise in too! Whatever you do, don't just rely on the pills to help you lose weight. Lots of people do, and when they get off the pills they gain everything back! I know I've been saying this a lot on the forum but I like to mention it because it's true...Good luck on your journey to thin-ness! Keep us posted!
