Thanks to all who have replied, your encouragement means the world to me. I'm still taking in the day...it's been absolutely wonderful. I didn't end up going for a walk tonight as planned, but put the kids to bed a little early and rewarded myself with some pampering. I took a LONG hot shower (which as you moms know can be very elusive) and painted my toenails.
I'm hoping to be out of the 170's by the end of this weekend, and to say hello to the 160's. I'll have to use my elliptical most of the weekend due to bad weather, but at least it's cool in the house.
Oh, I had a question for yall, too! Does Phentermine raise your body temperature? I have been feeling warm after I take Phen, but just figured it was the rush of extra energy it was giving me. Tonight I was just laying there and felt feverish, so I took my temp and it was 99.9! Is that supposed to happen or am I getting sick? I don't feel bad at all, just a little warm. I hope it's just the Phen.
Well, I hope everyone else is doing well, I'll be saying prayers for you guys, for God to send everyone strength, motivation and lots of blessings!

I'm down to 171 today :smt038 !!! I'm so glad it's the weekend, too. I'm looking forward to finishing up some projects around my house. I have to finish painting my daughter's room, and we are replacing the door to our bedroom (the previous owners had a glass door-not good for privacy). It looks like we may actually avoid rain here too, so I may mow and weedeat my yard tomorrow in lieu of my workout.

When did you start taking it you have already lost so much weight. I finally hit 169 today in which I am really exited about. I am going to be really good this weekend and hope to see mid 160's by monday. If I can loose a total of 10 pounds by the end of this month I will be really happy. Well congratulations on everything.

PS How tall are you that you want to go down to 115? And how old are you? Have you checked your BMI? I know you probably already heard about fitday.com from Zoey but it shows what a healthy weight should be depending on age and height. Check it out if not fitday then just try a BMI calculator.

Bad weekend, lots of fast food and restaraunts, bickering at home, didn't get anything done. I'm frustrated with the way the weekend went.

I've been cleaning house and doing laundry this morning. I am getting ready to paint my daughters room. When Shelby takes a nap, I'm going to use my elliptical for 30 minutes.

To answer above question, I am 5'5" .

And you want to go down to 115? That might be a little to low. I'm almost 5'3 and my healthy weight is between 125-145 at the highest. I am shooting for 135 since I don't have a small bone structure. So you should really check what your healthy weight is depending on your age and height. Remeber that we are supposed to be a little heavier when we get older. I think I was 125 when I was 14 and that was as low as I have ever been. After that I maintaned myself in the 30's and was doing great.

115 lbs puts my BMI at 19.1 which is in the normal weight range. Also, the healthy weight range for my height is 111-152. I have a very tiny frame (bone structure), and this is the weight at which I was most comfortable with my body. 115 is my goal, but that doesn't mean I couldn't change my mind if I feel I am getting too thin.
