brandileah, you are doing so awesome. You had a really good weight loss week. Sorry your weekend was frustrating, I am feeling that way about today. I know what you mean about the phentgermine raising your temp. I didn't take mine but I am hot all the time. I noticed it at work which is usually freezing and so I always wear a jacket or sweater. Not anymore, I am all but sweating now. It's crazy.

Normally I would agree that 115 is too low for your height, but as you have said that you have a very small frame maybe it's not that low. I'm only 5'3" and I'm going for 135, but I have a large build. Broad shoulder, large hands and feet. I did have one doctor tell me I'm supposed to weigh between 98 and 115. I almost fell down laughing. Charts and graphs only tell part of the story. I also think that doctor was using those old insurance charts from the 80's!

I have had a good day food wise. I have not been motivated to work out at all, and therefore the scale is still sitting at 173. I need to get off my butt and move. I've been doing housework and painting, but last week I was walking and doing weights. I won't lose any weight unless I work out, but I just can't seem to MAKE myself do it. I need to just suck it up, be an adult, and hold myself accountable for the choices I make. Instead of feeling like crap because I don't exercize, and whining about it, I need to just go do the workout. So frustrated with myself.

Dont get yourself down. We all have our bad times. Just work yourself through it. As soon as you see a drop on the scale it will help get you motivated again. Are you taking any vitamins? It's amazing how it can help. Just a basic one-a-day multivitamin can make a difference.

I had been taking the prenatal vitamins that my OB prescribed to me, but I quit a while back. Maybe I'll start taking them again and see if they help. I just feel so drained the past few days, and it's discouraging. I did squats, crunches, leg lifts, and did some arm work with my dumbells tonight. I feel a little better after that, even if it was just a small workout. I am going to try to get up and walk my daughter to school in the morning. It's about thirty minutes total (to the school and back home). Then I'll try to do my weights when Shelby takes her nap. I just want to keep losing!

Prenatals are the most excellent multivitamins you can possibly take. I would love to be able to take them, I'm just not willing to get pregnant for it. I finally got all 3 out of the house, there's no way I would start over! Wow, did I sound like Mommie Dearest there or what? :?

You can buy prenatal vitamins at any drugstore. Stuart Prenatals are the ones I take. I think they were like 25 bucks for a bottle of 90 pills. They were prescribed to me, but when I took the script to the pharmacy, they said the type she prescribed to me were over the counter now. If I take them on an empty stomach, they make me a little nauseous, but other than that they are great.
