I started the phen again and I feel today like I did the first day on it. I am happy that it is working again. I am going to try 5 days on and 3 days off. I realize that the 5th day I took it last time it really did not work. I just need to listen to my body. I am going to work my butt off this week. I am in a wedding on the 12th of NOv and I dont want to be the fat one in the pictures. I CAN DO THIS!

I DID IT! I fianlly broke the 150 point. By only 2 pounds but I will take it. I have been stuck at 150 for a year. AND its that time of month. I am now 148. I have lost 11 pounds since I started. My doctor said I would most likely lose slower but He is happy that I have found out what my body needs. This is very motivating. I am off to the gym! :smt038

You are so close! It seems like Novemeber is a big month for a lot of us. You have a wedding, I have my anniversary, and I think lovebliss has an anniversary soon too. Anyhow I am glad to see you have dropped a couple. I left 130 behind for you, and now I left 125 behind too! It's right there waiting for you girl! You can totally get to 140 by the 12th. That's only 2 pounds a week which is about what I have slowed down to losing. You can do it.
