i really think keeping this journal as well as the fitday journal is really helping me..i know that if i mess up u guys will be right there to get me back on track...
so today for bkfast i had some bacon (again..lol)
an apple for lunch
and for dinner i had some fish with brown rice a little salad, string beans and broccoli.
I am sooooo glad i found this place and phen...it helps curb my appetite to the point where i won't even just eat for no reason. before even when i wasnt hungry I would go to eat with co-workers and stuff but now i find that i dont even have to do that anymore...I am loving this..i'm just not looking foward to the dreadful day when i become tolerant of it..lol
hopefully it will be at least 25lbs lighter though.
