Just came back from the gym and got on the scale...down 7 lbs in a week!!!

For a couple days unfotunately i have lost focus...good news is I havent gained anything..so once i get back in the swing of things i should be fine...maybe it is a combo of that wonderful monthly thing that happens to us women as well has a hectic work week. But i will definitely be hitting the gym tonight and tomorrow morning..gotta make up for the missed days (5 to be exact :eek: )..but i will be back!!!

Have you tried eating special k and yogurt for breakfast? I've been eating that and it's really good. The speacial k with the strawberries is the best kind. And the calcium from the yogurt helps you lose weight too. There is this bacon that isn't too bad in calories. I think with weight watchers it was only 3 points. I don't remember the brand but it's already cooked, you just reheat in the microwave and a serving size is 3 strips of bacon. Also for eggs, the egg beaters are really good. I would make those, add low fat cheese, salsa, and a tortilla, and have a breakfast burrito. It's really good.

Gotta get ready for work..but i just weighed in and I am over the 10lb loss mark!!! I am well on my way...i think i might have to upgrade though to the 37.5 next week.
Gotta go...i'll try to come back on at work

Hey congrats!

Could you fix your ticker? When you do it, don't click on weight changes, click on 'TRACK WEIGHT" and put in the starting weight, your current and the goal so this way it looks correct and we can follow it better.
