Ok well since I've become a member I figured it's only right that I use all the things this board has to offer so here goes my diary.

I am currently 217 lbs (217.5 yesterday :-) ). I have always been the cute chubby girl..except for when i was younger supposedly i was too small for my age and grandma had to fatten me up.

anyway i am pretty much the heaviest i have ever been..i did have liposuction in may and that along with the cleansing process i did afterwards brought me down about 10lbs.

I have always been an off again on a again dieter. I have spent money on almost every pill and program available (trim spa, xendrine, la weight loss, jenny craig). I think my problem is that i get comfortable once i shed some pounds and assume i can just do what i want.

Thats why i chose the name i did..although it should be I WILL STAY FOCUSED.

Anyway i started phen yesterday and i am not too sure of its impact yet..i tend to usually just have a big lunch and then by the time i'm hungry again its too late so i just go to bed..and so far thats what has been happening even with the phen...i was scared to start at the highest level of 37.5mg so i got the 30mg..i just hope thats strong enough.

I hope to lose about 15lbs by my bday (oct. 21st) and hopefully i can shed all of the 40ish by Valentines day.

i figured that with this diary i can go through my daily eating/excersing activites to help see what i am doing right and/or worng.

so i'll do the past 2 days in this post

9/22 DAY 1-got phen around 11:00am in office mail..ripped open the package and started immediately...unfortuanelty i dont remember what i had for lunch but i do know that i got hungry at night.after work my boyfriend and i went to the gym and i ran about 3 miles (well walk and ran lol) and burned about 500+ calories so that was great....but then..lol my boyfriend and i went to TGIFridays:-(..i know i know..bad right..however..i got the salad as an appetizer and when i got my meal i only ate a couple bites then took the rest home...so i guess i did kinda good..the only thing was it was around 12:00am and that is definitely to late to eat.

9/23 DAY 2-Woke up really hungry..i was scared to get on the scale b/c i figured my late night eating would have put me over a pound..but i was down a half i pund so i felt like i had gotten a chance to do right today. I took my pill at around 10:00 with a about 20oz of water. I wasnt really hungry but the office went out to lunch. I had chicken and broccoli with BROWN rice...i had a couple bits and saved the rest for later..at around 6:00pm I ate the rest..and here i am at 11:53pm typing my journal..lol

I have been tempted to snack but then i realize that i'm not hungty so there is no need to..i'm trying to learn how to just eat when i am hungry not out of boredom or just to taste good food...lol

SORRY FOR SUCH A LONG POST..but i just threw everything in here..the next ones should be muuuuucccch shorter..promise :?

ok guys..so i just got on the scale and it said 215.5 thats 2 lbs less then thursday..i'm excited!! But i dont think i should count it yet..i usually weigh myself at around 8:00am..so I will weigh myself in the morning just to make sure..hopefully its the same if not less :grin:

Down 2 lbs in 2 days!! :grin: I know its prob water weight but i'm glad to see the change...

it's about 9:30am i'm gonna wait till around 10:30 to take my pill...
eat a power bar and go to the gym.

then i'm taking grandma out to shop..she loves to go out to eat..so hopefuuly i'll be good

ok so here was my saturday activities continued from my earlier post.

i took my phen at about 11:00..had some breakfast..(cheese omellet, pancakes, and bacon)..that was a pretty big meal..i did the cals on Fitday.com (Thanks Zoey..i think ur the person i saw that posted about it)..it was about 1600 cals..so pretty much even if i got hungry later i knew that i had over did it with breakfast.

I was able to go to the gym though so that was good..i got there within the last 40 mins that they were closing but i was still able to run/walk for my 2 miles and burn about 500 cals..so that was great!
Then I finally decided to get the pine sap off of my car..for anyone that has had this happen it is the hardest thing to get off...so that took 2hrs by itself...fitday said that was about 250 cals burned..so even better!!

I wasnt really hungry for the rest of the day but i did take a couple of bits of some leftovers because of boredom and i knew it was in the fridge..but after like 3 bits i didnt want to go there so i just threw it out.

So that was my saturday

I'm not home today so i cant weigh myself but that should make it even better for when i get on the scale Monday!

Sounds like a really tasty breakfast!! I think it's okay to treat yourself like that every once in a while. It keeps you from feeling like your punishing yourself. Personally I had pepperoni pizza yesterday. Not weight watcher either Carry out!!!!!!

ok so here goes my sunday activities...

didnt really do too much..had some fun with my boyfriend
we went out to eat at a jamiacan restaurant. I had curry chicken (white meat) and rice and peas..I didnt even eat all the rice..a very rare thing for me..lol

and pretty much thats it..went for a drive and played some play station well watched my boyfriend play...cant wait to get on that scale in the morning
