OMG, that is such great news. I am glad you are feeling so good on it. I am like you as far as how much I lose a day or every other day. When I stop, i just stop taking the meds for a few days and then get right back on. There is life after the teens when it comes to clothes!

It's Sunday night and I have reached my mini goal! I weighed in yesterday at 169! I am really happy but I have sooooo much flab at least 2 or 3 inches of it, all on my hips and waist I have got to get busy with the sit ups and strength training. I will be too busy this week to post so until the next post Happy Thanksgiving all. Don't eat too much.

Great job on your weight loss so far! I have to tell you though that
doing the sit-ups/crunches and strength training won't get rid of flab.
You'll have to do say, 10-15 minutes of power-walking or running
3-5 days a week to get rid of that.

BUT, if you keep up the sit-ups and strength training, you'll have an
amazing body just waiting to reveal itself when you've burned away
the flab from doing your cardio exercise.

AMAZING JOB on getting to your mini goal. Stick with it, and the flab will get better. I was like that too, but like Ian said running or power walking will help. I mihgt not ever get as tone as I once was, but at least I look normal again! GREAT JOB!

Well the Thanksgiving week is over and I gained 3 lbs. but lost it all again plus 1 :grin: I ate what I wanted and even went off adkins for a few days. I am proud of myself for not over doing it. Thanks for the info Ian. I was wanting to pull my treadmill out anyway, maybe I will start after Christmas, I am just sooo busy. I will try to post again soon after I get all the autumn decorations down and get all the Christmas stuff up. Thanks again everyone for encouraging me.

Well it's almost 1 whole year later and between the stress of raising two teens and the beach this summer I have gained 10 lbs back but even more inches, 10 pounds sure does make a difference. I need to lose that and another 10, I think that will be my goal 20 lbs. I was only on phentermine for 2 1/2 months the first time, I hope it works as good for me the 2nd time around. I need to make a new ticker and update my dates and weight. I'll do it after I fix dinner tonight when I have more time.
