Great job on your weight loss so far!  I have to tell you though that
doing the sit-ups/crunches and strength training won't get rid of flab.
You'll have to do say, 10-15 minutes of power-walking or running
3-5 days a week to get rid of that.
BUT, if you keep up the sit-ups and strength training, you'll have an
amazing body just waiting to reveal itself when you've burned away
the flab from doing your cardio exercise.
