Ok it has been a few weeks since I tracked my progress online. The only stress this month was my period was like two weeks late. And to a women trying to loose weight that is scary! I am glad I did this. I mean I sorta feel like I “cheated” by using diet pills but the real test will be keeping off and staying active. Merry X-Mas!!!!!

I had to look at this to get it straight since dmorgan001 stated 20 lbs in one month and that doesn't match your notes.

It is actually 13 pounds in a month using phentermine right and then-
It's 20 pounds gone in a little over 2 months time total which is definitely awesome progress!

The phentermine really kicks it into high gear, I lost like 22 lbs my first month alone, but it is really slowed down now and it takes a lot more work on my end, not that I didn't work my butt off from the start, but now it is testing me.

If you start to slow down, log on, read some of the other posts, including mine, you can use it as fuel for your fire when it starts blowing out, this is not easy and we are so lucky to have the phentermine and this support to help us, don't think of it as cheating, think of it as supplementing your efforts.

I was at 175 when I started phentermine. So I have lost- 13 pounds while on phentermine. What do I eat? Well I eat fruit, oatmeal, yogurt or cereal in the morning. Lunch is soup or some kind or Asia food. I like Asian (Thai) because I can eat a larger portion and still maintain my goals. Dinner- Smart Ones mostly. I still cook for the family and if I eat with them it is just a smaller portion. So like last night I made tacos. Normally I would eat like 3-4. Last night I only had one taco with ¼ cup of rice pudding for dessert. I drink LOTS of water. I am giving myself a cut off date. And If I do not reach my goal weight by that date I am still discontinuing phentermine. I will just have to finish on my own. I am thankful I have gotten this far. As for people asking have I lost weight- Yes they do. My favorite is “There is something different about you. I just can’t put my finger on it”
