As of October 6th I was the highest weight ever including when I was 9 mnts pregnant with my first child-183. I cut back my calories to less then 1200 per day and got down to 175. I could not seem to get pass that so I got phentermine. My goal is 130-135 pounds. I really want to be at 140-145 but if I get down to 135 I have a small cushion and I won't be afraid everytime I eat anything.

How do I add the Ticker scale? Also I have only lost 2 pounds this week, should I be concerned that it is going to stop working?

Two pounds is about right for a loss each week.The first week or two on phen is the highest weight loss then after that it shouldn't be more than two pounds each week. The slower you lose the weight the longer you will keep it off. Good luck to you.

Thanks- I was so hungry yesterday- All day. I really need a stronger dosage. I am already at 37.5. My friend takes 1 whole pill twice a day, but I didn't sleep for the first week I was on Phentermine. I am too scared that will happen again. Maybe I need to switch to a different pill?

Hey Bree! If you're still hungry all day, maybe you do need to
switch to something else. These things first on the rest of your
Phentermine, though:

1. Take a vitamin B12 supplement
2. Take a 5HTP supplement

I've see both at walmart so they should be easy to get.

These substances increase your metabolism and help increase
the neurotransmitter supply in your nervous system. This might
help Phentermine suppress your appetite better.

Let's talk about food too. What type of food do you usually eat
durin g the day? How many medium sized meals? What about
snacks between them?

Also, you can add a ticker scale with www.tickerfactory.com.
They'll give you a line of code to paste into your profile signature

take the B-12 everyday. I will look for the other one. OK in the morning I eat 1 yogurt or a apple. Lunch- either soup or fruit sometimes yogurt & rice. I snack on Fruit Snacks I buy for my kids. They are only 60 calories a bag. Dinner is usually small but it's not always good. i have kids meals from McDonalds (chicken nuggets 4) no fries. I also eat soup, bowl of fruit (2 oranges 2 apples) or even just a bowl or cereal.

I think the reason I was so hungry was because I worked out that morning but I didn't eat more then the yogurt for breakfast. Yesterday I was fine, today so far I am ok.

You should be eating a little bit more than that. Also add some fiber to your diet, that will help you feel fuller longer. The hamburger at McDonald's is actually better than the chicken nuggets because they are fried.

I need more fiber!!! I don't go to bathroom without taking some kind of laxative. That can't be good. This is not something I would normally say but I want to know if anyone else is having this problem. I don't want to get sick or worse- get bumps on my face from the toxin in my body!! LOL.
No, really I am worried about this.

Weight is 166.

I went to buy a Holiday Dress for my office party. I found the perfect dress that fit me really nice. I really happy right now and it shows.

I agree that you should be eating a little more than you are and I would suggest lots more water and chicken nuggets are not very healthy. Try switching to a salad with chicken and low fat dressing, you do need plenty of fiber and an apple is good for a snack, try Special K Fruit and Yogurt cereal for breakfast, more filling and very good as far as nutrients and helps with the fiber. Vegetables offer fiber, try some broccoli with chicken for dinner, etc.
I eat every 3 hours on a schedule and it helps keep my metabolism running as well as I am never hungry besides the phentermine doesn't let me feel hungry anyway, so it fits together nicely. Anyway, get in that exercise.
You are doing really great from what I see, don't get discouraged yet and keep us posted.
