Well, I've run out of fertimina. I'm thinking of ordering phentermine. I still don't know.. I'm down to 187..but without it, I feel I'm gonna gain some weight. I know I've could've lost more if I tried harder...this is definitely the wrong time for me to start dieting. BUT I'm sticking to it!! How's it going @ ur end??

Have you ordered your phentermine yet? keep going girl. It take a while for it to work and you notice the difference after a few weeks. Keep going don't stop. Drink lots of water. No pan, no pasta.

No, I haven't... took ur advice on using colon clenz. Well, I went to a health food store..& the dietician recommended some other brand which is a 2-week cleansing thing. :???: :grin: I'm gonna try that & well see how that goes then I'll order the phentermine. I hope I lose a little weight w/that....it comes w/a list of foods to avoid :( ...which contains mostly everything I like :shock: ...so if anything, I should lose something. I'm not giving up...I will lose the weight!!!! :-D
