I was debating whether or not to do this only because I'm only 7 lbs. from my weight goal. I figure that this to me is an ongoing process, I lose some, gain some and I'm always trying to better myself. So whats the best way to do that, having a weightloss journal to help me through. I can get comments from you all, maybe something I'm doing is wrong and you might be what I need to help lose these few pounds. They are stubborn though. I cant seem to get over this 131 - 132 hump. Right now I'm 132, just weighed myself. I want to get down to 125.

So far today I had 2 cups of coffee, with half and half. I need my coffee to get motivated. I had one piece of toast with little bit of butter, but thats all. I dont normally count calories or fat content. What I do is I watch what I eat. I try not to eat too much fat or too much sugar ( my downfall ). What is the worst for me is drinking my water, I got to force myself to do that. I'm trying by putting lemon in it but I know I still force myself.

This is a new year, and I want to make it a good one. I want to be healthy, slim and full of energy. If anyone has any good tips for me, I would appreciate it. Now, not that it matters or not but I'm almost 40 :-$ and I'm not no young 20 year old, I have 3 children 19, 17 and 2. My energy level is just not the same as when I was in my 20's. I would love to feel like that again so maybe you all have some good ideals for me there too. I dont take any vitamins which I know I should. I do have a multivitamin I bought a long time ago for woman, maybe I will start them again. How long do they last? I bought them about a year ago. I know, I'm bad. Anyway, if there is any advice for me, please share.

Thanks and I'm ready for a new beginning. (physically and mentally)

You are doing great , I have started watching what I eat and how much.
I have been using sprinkle on butter I only drink water because I dont want to waist my calories on drinks also I have been walking ,all of that for 1 week and have lost 7 lbs.. I'll tell you what got me motivated
was watching The Biggest Loser on TV. Did you see that ? Those people lost alot of weight. I think they exercised 2 hours aday . and ate 1000
calories aday. but anyway Matt won. When he started he weighted like 375
lbs. after 3 months he weighted 170lbs. He looked HOT. They all looked good. If they can do it so can I. I am sure they had their on personal chef
and a personal trainer , I'll have to do that myself because I can not afford all of that. Do you walk or excercise? I think that is helping me more than the dieting. Well on to something else you know I told you I was going to do a chemical peel on my face , well I did it and it looks so much better ,At first I thought I had messed my face up but after it peeled
which took 2 weeks it looked like brand new skin I guess it is. How are the kids ? did you all have a nice holiday? Chat with you later

I need to be pushed to exercise. Grrrrrrr. I hate winter, I hate winter, I winter!! I have no motivation to do anything. I have been trying to watch what I eat but thats hard also. I know when the weather starts to get warmer, things will be so much easier for me to exercise. I guess the thought of wearing shorts and bathing suits will motivate me more. The good thing though I haven't gained, in fact I am down a wee 1 lb. whooppeeee lol. No, I'm happy with a 1 lb. loss. I'm now at 131. I hope I can get motivated because right now, I'm not doing so well :(

So, I'm ready once again. I wish I had someone nearby that could come and push me, motivate me. Any one around?? I'm a PA girl... :smt079 ..

Oh, I also need some motivation to look sexy for my husband. I want to look really good feb. 15th. We will be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Wow! I feel old now... I just turned 40 jan. 27th so come on help me here. I want to feel and look younger.

Thanks

Michelle
