I am new and still not savvy as to how to navigate this site. I posted a response a few days ago and still can't find it to see if anyone responded!!! I located the ticker site but don't know what to do with it...sad aren't I ? I read somewhere where Ian explained it but now I can't find that either. I'm usually not this stupid...just having a bit of trouble here. In any case I'm finding it very helpful reading all of your posts. I'm on the old side (47) and still struggling with my wt as I have been my entire life. I am on a mission and want to have a 'hard body' by the time I'm 50....the clock's ticking !
