I was researching Duromine, when i stumbled across this very helpful forum and decided to
join. I am 20 year old female from australia and i would really like to lose some weight. Probably you all heard the high school stories how ppl tease you blah blah blah. Thats not exactly the case with me. Just most girls my age around me are gorgeously model thin and im nowhere near that. The trendy clothes i cant buy because 1)they usually dont have my size and 2) if they do have my size it loojks horrendouse on me. Thefore i decided to start this diary because i do need motivation help. My friends dont really care about helping me. I guess they not so great friends afterall but hopefully here i can find some one to keep me motivated.
I am currently 80/79kg and 1.68m tall. I would love to be 65-67kg which the doctor said is normal weight for me since i am quite big build.
So here are my answers
• How much weight do you want to lose?
>About 13kg
• How much time do you hope to take to reach your goal?
>I didnt work out the time yet but i think 2-3 moths is reasonable
• What methods will you use to accomplish your goal?
>I already sign up for gym and go there abotu 5 days a week for an hour. With food its hard i would like to stop eating for a bit, or eat less thefore i might be taking Duromine
30mg daily.
• Who or what can motivate you to help you reach your goal?
>Mostly i have to motivate myself which can be very hard. Especially staying off the sweets and carbs part.
• Is your goal realistic?
>I think it is. I know that it wont be easy but i heard that once you get into routine it will get much easier.
• When do you want to start?
>The
weightloss i decided to start on the beginign of this month so i didnt eat that much and tried to keep the food balanced but with the exercise part i didnt start untill 3 days ago.
Concerning the Duromine/Phentermine part i already got the perscription but now im worried because of all the side effects that i read. Im quite scared to start.
