I have taken phentermine a few times, on and off and had good results, but always gained the weight back. I havent been consistant with my weight loss efforts until now. Im trying to loose 20lbs to get ready for a cruise so im starting back up again. Thank you everyone for your posts and success stories - it really put me in the mood to get rid of these extra pounds!!
