I am 150 and I want to get to 125. I am doing phentermine 1/2 in morning and 1/2 at lunch. I also do aerobics. I am following the Weight Watchers plan. Today is day2 of success. I hope to lose 2 pounds a week. I have so many clothes in my closet that I can not fit into. I wear the same pair of fat pants every day b/c I refuse to buy bigger sizes. I hope I can do this. I love sweets.
