So I have been gone for awhile, have had some serious drama in our lives. Daughter in a serious car accident, almost killed, broke her hip.Friends dad took them in his truck, in the back, while he was drunk, flipped his truck twice and rolled twice at 75 miles an hour, because he yanked the wheel, fighting with his wife. But she is ok now, husband, geesh can not even go into what happen to him very sensitive matter. Needless to say..we have a huge lawsuit against a company he had gone to work for because the Reg.VP , who was his direct boss, attacked him. Just odd and tramatic..so we moved..after losing everything because of this attack, now in Birmingham Al. several months into a fed. court lawsuit, him at a new job, family trying to get through this trama.
I think all this has put my
weightloss in over drive. I have lost another 40 lbs since my last visit, for a total of 80 lbs. since Jan. so in about 7-8 months a 80 pound loss. I do not think this is a typical loss. But I did follow a basic low carb plan through most of it. But a healthy plan, lots of skinless chicken breast..salads and veggies. I also went off every couple of weeks to eat fruit for a few days. I have been eating "normal" for almost a month, have not gained any weight back. I have even had some ..ice cream, now and then..I just do not eat junk any more. No cokes, unless
diet, no empty calories unless I give the occasional treat.
I have ordered more
phentermine, just to have on hand incase I notice a poundage increase. But not sure if I need it yet. I did hit a point after about 4 1/2 months of becoming "used" to the phentermine, but I just stopped for a couple of weeks, kick started it back up.
Do that if you hit the wall, do not double the does, it will not help, and it will just build up the resistance even more...lead to problems. You should watch the movie "Requiem for a Dream" if you find yourself wanting to take more diet pills than you are suppossed to, LOL, it will cure you of thinking of that mistake

. Also I have been in the hospital a couple of times, it does show up as Amphetamines if they test your blood for anything, keep that in mind, you do not want to be hooked on those because you up your dose. That could be unhealthy.
Anyway with out the phentermine I NEVER would have lost this weight, I have tried for years, never could...then this med. My Dr. got me on it, I was at my last wit. This to me was a drastic thing to go on a pill like this when I first did. But I am so happy I did. I am where I am happy with my weight now, after years of being unhappy.
I can throw on those jeans and a tee now, hell I even throw on shorts and a tee shirt now

.
So if you started this pill, stay on it if you are feeling ok. Eat well, drink what you should. I drank so much of those flavored
waters from walmart, gave me my fruit fix. Crystal light, and pure protien bars along with a healthy as you can make it low carb way of eating with vitamins. I had slow downs, stops in
weight loss, stalls, but you get through it. It WILL pass.
I did exercise, as I lost the weight, it just felt good to do it. Just do something you WILL do. I watched dance
videos for weightloss. Jumped around and acted silly with my girls , they loved it and we had fun.
You can do it, if I did trust me, you can.
