I went back to the gym today from not going sat and sun and I really surprised myself
I did 35 min on elliptical and 35 min on the bike I did'nt even paused 8 times to take a break i was just doing it and not really struggling as bad as I usually do :gg2: Tomorrow I am going to try and do 45min on elliptical. Been drinking alot of water. at the gym the have a latin impact class on wed So I am going to try and take that class. I heard its like salsa dancing!! dunno but I am going to check it out. I go back to diet dr on wed and start taking phen on thurs. I dont really want to weigh in on wed scared I gained some weight on my liquid diet :smt011 but oh well Im really going to try. I was 159 last wed. dunno hope I maintained
