update********** CORE SECRETS*********************
yes i got it today already did 20 min workout . I was feeling the burn!!! not that challenging. I am sure the next dvd i will receive will be an a**kicker. hehehe!!!this one is the beginner.. but did work out 30 min elliptical. My daughter is in Angelina Ballerina ballet camp this week. she at ballet school for 3 hrs. I only have 30 min to w.out after but at least i am doing it... well toodles

Doing it is all that counts. Even if it's 10 minutes between whatever... keep it up cause whatever your doing.. it's working. 14 pounds to go is really awesome. However, the 20 pounds down... that's WONDERFUL!!

colleen thank you. Its hard but its worth it.
update... today was busy day. did not exercise. ate bad. just on the go from this moring came home about 8 pm... very very tired, tomorrow will do w/outs and eat healthy toodles

Hi, Msmonica! I totally agree about doing whatever you can instead of shelving exercising altogether! If you can't do 60 minutes, do 4 minutes! As a teacher I have given those ideas to parents for many years. Doing it keeps the routine inplace..
I made the mistake of exercising too hard yesterday afte doing diddly squat for 3 days...my muscles ached all night. I'm going to take several spoons of my own medicine today!!!

so glad you got your core secrets yep its good to start off with the give me 20 and fundamentals what I did was each day increase the number of each workout I did each shipment you get will get a little harder and harder and then you will start to hate gunner and start to curse him and everyone on the dvds but its awesome love me some core secrets so glad you are doing well have a good day today hun

carol- you are right. any exercise is great. i see you are doing great you will reach your goal for sure. thank you

jessilynn- I am a happyy to start core w/out. just not that challenging but i am loving it and adding more repetitions to the w/out. cant wait for my next dvd!!!! happy happy!!

up date- today did not w/out or anything just laid on the couch . i got the flu or somthing. took a long nap feel much better.. well i will w/out tommorrow.
I am going to las vegas girls vacation!! woohoo!! we are leaving early sunday moring coming back tues nite.. am excited. they do have a gym at the resort so i do plan on w/out. no hubbie, no kids... gee i miss them already ..... but i need this trip. toodles off th ck your journals
