hello well today i finally caught up with my house work. i have been in and out of the house since las vegas. feels real good to know your home is the way you like it, organized and clean. trying to post pic from vegas, telling me to big ??? dunno i will try and figure this out later. toodles

Let me know about Core Secrets. I did it once and did not feel that I really worked out.
I too have to tone up. Kimber is such an inspiration and her pictures speek volumes about the benefits of exercising... I am just too lazy.

tatiana- i am with you about core secrets give me 20. but know i double up the routine and i do feel like that was a good work out. looking forward to my next dvd, did you also order the begining set and waiting on your next dvd to come in?
carol- thank you so much 37 i am feeling really good about my age, love it!! yes thank goodness for school, they learn and we get a lil break!! yeah!!!!!

well i weigh in at 148 almost 149. but i am feeling good. back on track and getting into my work out again. did 40 min core secrets. the cutest thing i was w/out with the big silver ball and my daughter who's 3 gets her big bouncy balloon and is workingout on the side of me. so cute i was a proud mommie. she did pretty good. teaching her at an early age about exercise. love it!!!! well no more slacking off this is it need these lbs off need to get to 130's soon.. well my hubbie and i will be celebrating our 10 wedding anniversary sept 7. so he surprized me on my b-day with an trip to hawaian islands!!! wooHOO!!! i am excited we leave on sept 8 for 10 beautiful days of relaxation. so i need to slim down. get on the ball and do this. i have been to comfortable at this weigh and now i need to get to where i feel fabulous. well off to ck your journals

A trip to Hawaii sounds wonderful. It is too cute that your daughter was exercising with you. My boys did that too when they were younger.

well i have no plans for the long weekend... I will be hear ck on everyone journal.. getting ready for my trip... exercsing for sept challenge...loving life...
hubbie just got home OUCH!!!! he is a big ole grump right now!!! had to walk away and let him wind down.. dunno..
