Hello I am new. I started phetermine dec 23 2005. I went to a diet doctor and there I get my pills for the week and a b12 shot my weight loss has been:
started dec/23/05 169lb I am 5"7 and 36 years old
12/30/05 164 did not exercise had no appetite
1/5/06 163 no excer had monthly
1/13/06 162 no exer made tamales ate alot of them
1/20/06 162 I maintained but now exerciseing at the gym
I hope to be 160 or below next week. I am eating healtier and would love to get my weight to 135 again I was that weight 3years ago. My daughtter in 3 and kinda let my self go I am a stay at home mom in calif. miss working an a lil depressed with my weight an others I am hopping weight loss will help me feel better about myself

Good luck with your goals. Remember to always pressure yourself abotu the gym at first i felt lazy about going to the gym but now im a bit crazy about it. You'll be at your desired weight in no time. Kepp it up

:( :( Gee I am so bummed out.. went to diet dr and my weight was 162.5.. so bummed i was sure i lost weight I have been to the gym 3 times this week and work out for about an hour and 15 min doing cardio I mean i was sweating I thought for sure i had lost weight . I did have popcorn last nite and been eating 1/2 of wheat pita sandwhiches. this sucks i mean i worked out and been eating right this sucks :crybaby:

You've been working out alot and you've surely built lots of new muscle! Don't get bummed out. You're changing your body, even if it doesn't show on the scale!

:smt120 well i had a bad weekend kinda discourage from friday weight in well i am starting monday off right took my pill know going to gym to do cardio i feel like i am back on track lets see how this week weigh in will be :???:

:grin: Well i did great monday and so far today eating right and excercising I feel great positive and excited I am cleaning my house from top to bottom and Im not even tired =D> the only sad note got my monthly but I am sticking to my diet and exercise this is not a set back . no excuse to give in to cravings :P I am going to be under 160 soon if not this week next week for sure :finga:

8-) Hello there well I have had a very stressful day my daughter (3 yrs old) has been bugging her birds all day today Ive been telling her to leave them alone she hits the cage and taps it wil her toys driving me crazy she been in time out 3 times today and tonite she crashes into the birdcage with her bike. well what can you do but pray for a better day
Well im not going to diet dr friday because Im going to the mountains with friends for the weekend and I plan to stay on my diet go for a hike and just enjoy myself so well see how i did on monday everyone have a great weekend got to go pack bye bye :gg:

:smt041 Well I am back from my trip was awesome and I just went to diet dr and i weigh 161. i thought i had gained weight. i went 3 days without diet pills I am excited :supz: well now i am off to the gym i hope to break out of the 160 hopefully this week :smt061
