Well I did begin the program today and let me tell you the beginning stuff is pretty intense although fun. It keeps you interested because it switches from yoga to ballet to toning. I think that it's going to be a little rough in the beginning but it should be a blast when I get the hang of it.

Keep us posted on the workout. It looked pretty challenging! But what do they say? NO PAIN, NO GAIN (or loss in my case!).
I'm very excited about my recent loss of 21 pounds and I do set my sights for another 40 pounds, but I'm with you, I believe you have to take one day at a time. It didn't come on over night, it certainly takes time to come off. If only it were as much fun!
It's great to read and talk to others that are going though the same weightloss issues as I am. Its been a great motivator for me!
Happy losing!
Jolene

And they say if you do it enough it becomed fun right? And if not we will just build a higher tolerance to pain.

Wow that yoga booty ballet is brutal. I am so sore but that's also because I am so out of shape. I have a lot of fun doing it though so even though I am dying I am going to stick it out. On to day 3......

Wow still working out. I can notice a difference in my flexibility which is nice and my stamina. I'm not hungry often but do eat small things throughout the day. I am not losing quickly but was wondering what the average weightloss is for people per week?

You've lost 6 pounds since 1/24...that's 6 pounds in 10 days which is awesome! You are doing such a great job. :-D I don't know what the average loss is. There's a weight loss stat table on this website now but I don't think that it has how long people have been using Phen for. That might be a good feature to add. I haven't had my first WI yet, I am on Day 5 and will probably check my weight tomorrow.

I'll have to google YBB and see what it's all about.

Thanks Jill you sort of put that into perspective for me and it sounds really good the way that you stated it. Sometimes you need others to do that for you and that is why I am glad there is this forum. The other times that I have attempted to shed pounds were alone and getting frustrated is so much easier when it's just you that you have for motivation.

This week foodwise has been tough because i took a job as a part time server and have been training to open a resturant. And so all week we have been having to try all of the foods which I can say are good but I am so finished with eating them. I only took a bite or 2 of everything and haven't overdone anything but I have eaten more carbs and fattening foods because of the menu. I will be so glad when the taste testing is over.
Exercise still going good. Yesterday was my day of rest, yeah!
