It's hard to weather the long road of weightloss. People always say "it didn't take a week to gain the weight, so you can't expect to lose it in a week" which makes a lot of sense. It doesn't make it any easier though. Studies have shown that one of the success factors to losing weight is staying on a plan long term and not stopping when things slow down. I guess it's all really about perseverance and changing habits.

WTG on only tasting a bit during the tasting week. That's got to be hard. Just think of all the exercise you'll get as a server!!!

Ugh I just invested in a digital scale today, one that tells your weight, body fat and water level but I don't think that I like because of course I had to jump on it and it said that I weighed 2 lbs more than I thought I did. This could be because I weigh myself in the morning usually or that the other scale was just wrong because it was cheap.
I did get to exercise today and am still watching what I eat and I try not to eat at least 3 hours before I go to bed.
I'm still sticking in there because the weight is going this time.

Well it's been
a bit since I have been on here because my computer has gone bonkers. Should be good to go on Wed. So, anyway I am down to 168.8! Very exciting. Still exercising my booty off and eating healthy. I will be sure to catch up with everything on Wed. Good luck everyone!

Thanks Kimber! I see that you are also losing some pounds. That's Awesome! I hope that you continue to do so and hit your goal.
I am still exercising, following the YBB plan, now in my 3rd week and I starting to see changings in my body. My clothes fit better, I can fit into my size 10's and I am beginning to see some flab go away. That's such a great feeling. People are also beginning to notice the changes in my body and that's an even better feeling!

Yeah well only 6 pounds since the 4th.... that's counting 5 days of Phen so I guess not too bad. lol I did more time and mph on my elliptical today... I'm all proud. lol Just got a nice shower and off to the library with my daughter before I have to pick up my oldest from school.

Dang I can't believe you are fittin into size 10s... that's wonderful!! What size did you start at? I dunno if I'll ever get down to a size 10... with all the babies I've given birth to I'm afraid my hips will never go down enough. lol I guess going from an 18/20 to a 12/14 will be wonderful enough anyways.. but I'm not settin anything in stone.. if I make it down to the 14's from 20's I'll be glad to keep trying for a 10
