Oh goody! I am really going to google it today b/c it sounds neat! At home I don't have any fun tapes so I never seem to do them. I'd love to add something to my elliptical time. I'm looking for something to tone and TBB might be just the thing!

I haven't weighed myself since 2/20 and it's killing me!!!!!

Hey! I happened across your forum because I just ordered Yoga booty ballet the other nite when I saw the infomercial (being a night owl is becoming quite expensive!). I'm glad to hear that it works. I'm excited about starting it because usually I just run or do pilates, and needed to shake up my workout routine and find something challenging for my abs. And if i may offer some advice, you might want to consider adding a light pilates workout to your routine. Pilates helps strengthen your muscle control and balance which really helps triple your results when your doing cardio. It has helped me alot.

Thanks I have been thinking about doing some pilates and YBB does have a little in it. I may add it in when I am finished with the first round of YBB. I really enjoy doing it and hopefully you will too, it has really helped kickstart my weightloss and my muscle tone is much better than it was.I have officailly lost 20 lbs now and am so happy! By summertime I should definitely be ready for a new bikini!
I hope everyone else is doing just as well and I will be able to post more often again because I have gotten my computer fixed...yeah!

Well I am currently at 22lbs shed which puts me at 158lbs. I am still exercising hard although I did take a break this weekend and even went to the Cheesecake factory and had some cheesecake...yum! It's starting to get nicer here so hopefully it will be warm enough to start working in the yard soon.
