And the scale reads........
1/27/05 - 175 lbs!

I didn't expect to see results so quickly but I guess changing my eating habits ahead of time has helped kickstart my weightloss!

Yeah I am so excited! I finally got my Yoga Booty Ballet package in the mail yesterday. If you don't know what it is I saw an infomercial on it and it just looked so fun that I had to order it (I don't normally watch infomercials because they make me want to buy stuff). So anyway, it's a cross between yoga, ballet and dance. It is going to be my exercise to keep me motivated. I am starting tonight after work. I'm so excited! Anyway, good luck to everyone else and have a great day!

Hi, congrats on your weight loss. I just started my progam on the 25th also. I haven't weighed myself yet but I'm hoping for a at least 15 lb. drop by march. any advise?

Hi! Congrats on your weight loss! That's awesome! And you sound sooo motivated!
I saw that informercial also and thought it looked like a great, fun exercise. Don't get me wrong, it looks pretty intense too, but if you can exercise doing the things that you like to do, I think you're more apt to stick to it. Wouldn't you agree?
So, how was it? Were the moves easy to catch onto?
I have about 40 more pounds to lose. I've lost my first 21 as of this morning using Phentermine 37.5s for the last three months and a Weight Watchers type diet plan. I'm also working out 3-5 times per week doing 40-45 minutes on the elliptical and 30+ minutes of strength training.
It sounds like you ready to get this weight off!!
Keep up the great work! It's so fun to hear of others that are as motivated as I am.
Happy exercising!

I would just say that you have to change your eating habits and drink a lot of water. I completely cut soda out of my diet and every now and then will drink orange juice or ice tea for some variety. I always have a bottle of water at hand though. I have also cut out junk food from my diet and tend to stay away from fatty foods. And of course some sort of excercise, even if you just start out parking farther away from the store or something. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

mommyof2 Hello and thank you I am really motivated seeing the first little bit come off really helps keep me going.
I ordered the upgrade to the Goddess package and it completely maps out a ten week program for you to follow, which I think is great and then I got 6 other dvd's with different types of additonal things to do. And I didn't get to start last because I got stuck at work later than I thought so after I do it today I'll let you know how it went.
21 pounds is awesome! I can't wait for that day. Right now I shooting for 10. Short term goals help make the long term one not seem so impossible. I am glad to hear of others who have been doing it and getting great results it boosts my spirits even more.
Good luck in losing and keep me updated.
