I'm new to the forum but i understand just where you are coming from. It's not easy you have to take it 1 day at a time... i have a goal to reach by Oct. 2006. I'm getting married and i want to be in a size 10. Right now i'm in a size 14. I know i can do it. i just have to follow my program. I think the hardest part for me in the begining was changing my eating habits. My doctor said that i couldn't eat after 7pm. Somthimes i have to make myself eat about 6pm and i'm not hungry...but i can say that i feeling the diffrence in my clothes so i'm going to sick to this program. Now if i do get a little hungry after 7pm i will eat some fruit. The one thing i want to add to my program is exercise. I want to start a new life style. Just rember sick to your program and take it 1 day at a time.
