Hey Jill! I don't know if I've ever posted in your journal cuz I've only been on here since the end of June, but you sound like such a sweetie!!! Where r u at??? You need to get back on here & update us on what's been goin' on w/ u!!! I have an awesome, sweet, lovely sister named Jill, so if you're anything like her, I love you too...lol... :grin:
You've got lots of support here! So if you've messed up your diet a little bit, that doesn't matter! We all fall & fail from time to time, but we can always pick ourselves back up again & get back on track, & I know that's something YOU can do as well!!!

I'm back girls!!!!!! YAY!!!!

I haven't gained any weight back from when I was on Phen, unfortunately, I haven't lost anymore either! I am at 192.8 right now and am ok with that.

I joined My Food Diary :: Online Calorie Counter w/ Diet Journal & Exercise Log to track, I realy like it because it gives advice and forecasts your weight to one and three months in the future.

How is everyone???? I don't have a chance to read journals right now, but I am glad to be back. I missed y'all!
