Woah Jill, I am waaaaay late on wishing you a happy birthday! So sorry! Glad it was great though!!!
My hubby's 30th is tomorrow & I am soooooo gonna rub it in cuz I have over a YEAR yet before I hit the big 3-0!!! HAHA!
For the most part, YES, I WAS on Phen the whole time I was losing weight...
I haven't lost in over 2 months, but have maintained (give or take a pound or two!), but am STILL on Phen for the most part... There are times when I'll take a day or two off, or only take 1/2 of a pill, but for the most part, I'm still taking it... I'm bad, I know! Oh well...what to do, what to do...?

I'm here! Sorry I just disappeared. My parents were up visiting and living in a one bedroom apartment doesn't give me lots of privacy when people are around.

I am feeling pretty crappy, I've eaten horribly all weekend. My stupid parents just eat and eat and eat when they visit which ofcourse spurs me on to eating with them.

I have a plan for starting tomorrow. I am going to have an egg white omelet every morning that I am in DC and then I'll have a salad or subway for lunch. For snacks I'll have my South Beach Diet bars with 10 g of protein in each for only 140 cals. They are super yummy. For dinner I'll have a sensible dinner and it'll depend on what the plan is for that night.

I am going to take my shoes to DC and at least walk on the treadmill every morning. I know that they said to not do that, but I need to get some exercise in!

That's all my dad ever wants to do too is EAT EAT EAT!!! SHEESH! He can afford to though! He is 6'2" & 175 lbs! NOT FAIR by ANY stretch of the imagination!!!
Good luck w/ your workouts, but be sure & take it easy girl!
