So I've been busy. VERY BUSY, and didn't find the time to stick to the phen as well as working out but for the past week I have been back at the gym and just ordered a 30 day supply. I hope to get down to 123 by mid-March. If I can get the phen delivered to me by the first of Feb then I can track exactly 4 weeks. I ordered the 37.5mg ones and hope that I don't have bad side effects. If I begin to feel jittery and clench my jaw like I was last time then I am going to just take half a day. I also plan on working out 5 days a week, 1 1/2 hours a day. I started already last week with that so it'll be easy.
Althought I haven't lost much in these past few months, I've just been going up to 146, and down to 138, I'm glad that since being off the phen since november, I did not gain ANY of the weight that I lost back. Which is good because I know that when I get down to 123, I can stay in that general area and not worry about needing the phen to stay fit.
Here are my measurements:

chest: 01/29 36in GOAL: 32in
waist: 01/29 35in GOAL: 26in
hips: 01/29 40in GOAL: 34in
thigh: 01/29 23in GOAL: 17in
I'm going to try to update every sunday, because its easier to let people in on what you are doing, especially ones struggling with losing the last few lbs. I'm glad I lost the 30, but the last 20 will make it all worthwhile!
