-How much weight do you want to lose? I would like to lose a total of 35lbs. I started at 165 and I am down to 152 now. I have been taking Phen 37.5 for about three weeks.
-How much time? I would like to lose the rest in six months!
-What methods will you use? I have found that I have to drink A LOT of water to not have a headache. So that will be my most important act. Also I usually go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. Would like to go 5, but not sure that I can fit that in. I am allergic to tons and tons of food (both delayed and immediate allergies) so I had to cut a lot of food out of my diet anyway-beef, corn, wheat, dairy, citrus and many others. Causing migraines and serious fatigue.
-Who or what can motivate you? My family mostly and fitting into my bathing suit again!
-Is your goal realistic? Yes.
