Hello everyone today i started my exercise plann... I went to the gym on my lunch break...I started out with 20 min of cardio... I plann to work out at least 4 days a week. I hope this will help speed up my weight lost program. My goal is 155 lbs. i have 55 lbs to go. Wish me luck.[/b][/list][/code]

That's a great plan!

You definately don't want to start out with too much, you'll just be sore or burn out quickly. 20 mins sounds perfect.

Wow! i finally got a reply...thanks Jill i was starting to think that no one cared at all. I go for a weigh in on Saturday... i hope that i have lost another 7lbs. I'm really working hard to get at 150 lbs. My goal is to reach this number by July 2006. Do you think i'm giving mysefl enough time to reach that goal?

I would think that 5-6 months is enough time to lose 55 pounds if you remain diligent. The challenge will be sticking with the plan when your weightloss stalls or plateaus. If you get discouraged and give up then you'll just gain the weight back.

I am weighing myself for the first time tomorrow. I am nervous!

Hi Jill i got weigh today and i was wrong i thought i had lost 14 lbs the first 30 days but it was only 10 lbs. Is 10 lbs good weight to lose in 30 days or am i off course. Thanks for replying to my last e-mail... i love the feed back i get here. I go back to see my doctor in 2 weeks.

I was going thru replying to the girls that I know already and decided to click on a few more that I haven't read/met yet and found you! Good luck on your goal.. our goal weight is the same and we have about the same amount of pounds to lose!! Congrats on losing the 10 pounds in 30 days.. I think that's very good.... and sounds like a healthy amount... you don't wanna lose TOO MUCH in a short time cause then it's more likely muscle loss than just fat. Good luck!!
