Dreamy- Yeah I know that getting out there and walking is by far better, and I am determined to get out there and start that part next week. Now I pretty sure I won't be doing the 4 miles like you anytime soon, but we all gotta start somewhere!
So your kiddo can't keep up with Mom huh? HEHE that's pretty funny. You are doing such a great job! I'm so happy for you!
Have a great day!

You did the right thing not walking in rain! 2 miles is plenty. Don't get down on yourself. I think that I am the same way though, I always want to do things better longer and harder. Maybe you can add a mile to your next sunny walk. Consider it a sign that you were meant to take it easy!

Hey Dreamy girl!! You are the bomb diggity with walking all those miles... I wouldn't wanna be out walking in the rain either.. you could slip and fall and hurt yourself bad.. OR get hit by lightening... never know so you did good!! You keep on doing what you're doing.. I bet your legs have toned up ALOT with all those miles you walk

Hey Everyone
Just checkin in....thanks to everyone for your support. I didnt workout this weekend but I did carry my kids to a theme park and was really tried when i got home. Ive been hurting in my lower chest and have been a little worried because im not sure what it is. I thought it could be the weights that I have been working out with every morning so I decided to not do them this week to see if the pain will go away. Im going to walk
ALOT this week but hold off on the jogging... im going for 16 miles this week wish me luck. OOOOOOHHHHHHH tomorrow WEIGHT DAY!
The weather is suppose to be nice this week in the low 70's so walking
should be easy enough. GoOd LUck tO AlL ! Dreamy

DOnt like that your chest is hurtin you need to talk to your dr tomorrow... but i could be the weight, taking a break is a good idea. You have been doing alot and 2 miles is great you should not knock yourself. carry kids is a w/out added wight with just the walking part And your arms yes thats a work out.

thanks Jessie
ive been really down about it trying not to worry but its really hard not to. the pain is right in the middle of my breast bone and my ribs. ive read some on it i think its call my sternum the very bottom of it. im trying to keep my hands and fingers off of it today because i thought maybe i could be making it sore touching it all the time. it really dont hurt now unless i press on it. oh well im still going to walk and exercise some to keep me going. Dreamy
