Your doing great so stay focus keep going. I know how hard it is, but we can accomplish anything with will. Im enjoying this site reading about everyones success and how they are doing it so if they can we can. I was amazed with my scale, I dont feel I lost anything but hey 7 pounds are gone somewhere! So keep up the good work! I just started phentermine on the 10th... all I can say eat but be careful with your portions!(small, small portions)

It really helps when you have someone to tell about whats going on . My friend that started with me has quit because she was having chest pains and was scared to keep taking it and I dont blame her. But now its just me and I really need some support . The kids are great at home but thats not the same. Losing weight means alot to me this year because I will be 40 yrs old in Nov. and I really want to be healthy because my mom died at 51. Thanks Again GOOD LUCK TO BOTH OF YOU :grin:

Well we are all here for you girlfriend!! I don't blame your friend for stopping the pills from chest pains, I know I would too! I've been lucky to only have the dry mouth (which is good if you ask me). Just stay here with us and we'll support you

Thanks Youngma05, I take 37.5mg Phentermine it really works for me but I still have to have will power to stay away from the NO NO foods.
It seems to be going good though . I go to the Doctor once a month and
they give me a B12 shot , vitamins and chromium . But I can cheat on the weekends so its not to hard. :razz: GOOD LUCK TO YOU ! :smt023

i am also going to a diet dr I see him once a week but once a month sounds alot better.
good job on your weigh loss so far :razz: but I know you will reach your goal.. Stay motivated and exercise :supz:

I am also seeing a Dr. but I see him every 2 week and get a B-12 shot.
