I see the Doctor once a month but someone has to give me a B12 shot once a week . Thats why it only once a month I guess . Being a single MOM alot of things are hard to do . Losing weight has been really hard for me. But Im so excited about this because I have people that are doing the same thing to talk to . YOU ALL ARE GREAT. OH yeah My next appointment is next tuesday. [-o< please pray for me

Do you like the B12 shots? I have a lot of sensitivities with the B vitamins and am unable to take a lot. I even take Flintstones kids vitamins b/c they are pretty low.

8 pounds so far is awesome! It's so exciting to witness everyone losing weight!!!

We should think up a fun name for our group... Maybe... Size 6 in 2006? That's my personal goal!

hey that sounds great a group name ( SIZE 6 IN 2006 ). Im not sure that my hips could go down to a 6 but I sure will try :grin: .

I like the B12 it seems to give me a little extra bust . It usually takes me about 35 mins. to walk 2 miles now I do it in 24 mins. :eek: Thats how long it took me yesterday.

How much weight are you trying to lose?

It is hard to lose the weight, just keep checking in on your diary. we will all support you and motivated you to get to your goal weight. remember it is not impossible but very possible! With the pills, shot, dieting, and exercising it is all very very possible please keep us all posted and the BEST OF LUCK :supz:

Well tomorrows the WEIGH day im a little nerves because I dont feel like I have lost any. Ive been doing the same things exercises , walking and drinking lots of water . :???: OHHH Tomorrow maybe I should wait until next week thats when I go back to the Doctor.
