HI
I STARTED LAST TUESDAY TAKING MY PHEN AND IT HAS REALLY HELPED ME I THINK . TWO DAYS AFTER I STARTED IT I WEIGHTED AND
I HAD LOST 2 LBS . I WAS SO EXCITED. BUT I HAVENT WEIGHED SINCE
THEN . I HAVE BEEN DRINKING LOTS OF WATER AND EATING LESS. AND HAVE BEEN EXERCISING 5 DAYS A WEEK . I WEIGHED 184 LBS . THE LAST TIME I WEIGHED . I HAVE READ ALOT OF INFORMATION AND THIS SITE TO HELP ME . THANKS GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE
OH YEAH MY GOAL WEIGHT IS 140 LBS

-How much time do I hope to take to reach your goal? 4 -5 months

- What methods will I use to accomplish your goal? exercise 5 days a week , and eating less

- Who or what can motivate me to help me reach your goal? my friend Nancy , family

- My goal realistic? 145 lbs

-When do I want to start? Started 2/1/06

- My Current Weight is? 184 lbs

Good on Ya! The first step is really swicthign yourself to it. I mean at first exrecise was like " i dont wanna go to the gym..i dont feel like moving" but you push yourself until u just have to go to the gym or its like u didnt do something. I think your goal is realistic and once you get in the rhythm you'll relise that you dont even need Phen to keep you going. Good luck and Cant wait to see you progress

Hi Kathy
Thanks for the reply. I really need some extra motivation . When I weighed yesterday it didnt seem to be much different from when I started.
I walk at least 2 miles everyday and exercise in the mornings for at least 30 mins 5 days a week maybe I need to do more. I am going to a Doctor and im taking B12 shots and vitamins . Maybe im just expecting to much to soon. Thanks again for the reply . GOOD LUCK TO YOU

Well tomorrow is the day. Its time to weigh its been 2 weeks and I have been exercising and eating right. Im so excited and a little scared. [-o<

Starting Weight : 186 lbs Feb 1st 2006
Weight Feb 3rd : 184 lbs
Goal Weight : 140 lbs

its hard to keep up with my goal weight but either would be ok 140 or 145 ! :???:

Well sounds like you are doing good..... hope you have a good week! You exercise alot.. better than me. I just got an elliptical machine this Saturday so I'm hoping to add alot more exercise to my weeks!!

Happy Valentine's Day To Everyone.
Im so happy Feb 14th I weighed this morning and this scales said
178 lbs . I cant believe it im down passed 180 lbs . Im so excited
maybe im doing something right after all . Thanks to this site I have
read alot of information that is helpful and I have received alot of
MOTIVATION. YEPEEEE 178 LBS
