The Incredible Shrinking Kimber

Well I'm not shrinking by incredible amounts yet... but I'm sure I will :o)

I started Phen on Saturday Feb 4th at 211 and weighed in at 207 yesterday Feb 8th. I want to lose a total of 61 pounds.... so I'm going to take things as they come... I'm looking into buying an elliptical machine for home because that's the main thing I drive 30 miles (roundtrip) to the gym to use. I think it would be so nice to have one here where I wouldn't spend money on gas 3-5 times a week and I could get on it in the morning when I wake up.. and maybe even again in the afternoon :o)

Ok so I'll weigh in tomorrow since I started on Saturday Feb 4th.... then I'll have a 1 week weight loss... woo hoo ;o) 4 pounds down already so I'm happy as a lark! Yesterday my calorie intake was 798 which was better than Wednesdays of only 550.... I definately don't want to go into starvation mode!! I want to lose weight but I do want to eat healthy also :o)

Ok I posted a pic of me yesterday as well as my virtual models... hopefully someone will come visit my little journal and give me a reply :O)

You're a very pretty girl. It's so exciting to lose weight. I'm on day 12 and have lost 6 pounds, and I tend to be a slow loser so I'm psyched!

Finally get to see a pic. I will see if I can get one posted on mine as well. I had virtual models but I think they got deleted somewhere. And as far as the head, you look great!

I can't wait to see how much you have lost! It is exciting to have a weight loss buddy to keep us motivated!!!

To answer your question, I want to get down to around 135 or 140. I am really concerned though, once I meet that weight, my doctor is going to get me off of the phen. I am concerned with how my body will react. But, by that time, I know my stomach will have shrinked massively. SO, I am sure that will help!

good job on lose 4 lbs keep it up. and yes you should get an elliptical machine for home you seem very determined and i do think you will use it and lose more weight

In your pic you do not look like you weigh that much how tall are you and are you doing the diet pills on your own or with a dr

MsMonica..... Thank you!! I'm really considering the elliptical machine but REALLY don't have the space for it... funny thing is that I'm actually considering getting rid of my loveseat so that I can fit the elliptical.. how bad is that? lol Or maybe how good is that?? lol Thanks for the compliment... most people don't believe I wear the clothing size that I wear... or how much I weigh.. they say I'm lying. lol WHY would you lie and say you wear an 18/20?? Unless you were larger and say you wear smaller? But they accuse me of saying I wear a larger size than I really do... so funny to me!!! I'm 5'5" but I'm always told I carry my weight well because I never look like I weigh as much as I actually do.. so that's a good thing I guess :o) I'm doing it on my own... the doc that I see won't prescribe ANYTHING to help you lose weight... so I'm basically forced to order it online or change my primary care provider... ugh I don't want to do that. lol Thanks again :O)

Gosh it's so great to get some responses from you girls!!! I didn't take my Phen today because I had to go to the doc for a cough that's been killing me for 2 weeks... well I've got bronchitis... so I've got 2 scripts plus an inhaler... I'm going to stay off the Phen for the 5 days I'm taking the antibiotics... I've done well today with eating though. I am only at 250 calories for the day... half bowl of oatmeal and half bowl of soup :o) I'm sure I'll be ok! Thanks again

Weighed this morning and down 5 pounds total for my first full week. No Phen yesterday because I'm on scripts from my doc. I hope to be back on Phen in less than 1 week. I have 5 days of antibiotics so maybe after that I'll get right back on. But I did eat great yesterday... just like the other 6 days on Phen :o) NO major appetite yesterday... so hoping I can do well today, tomorrow and 2 more days while on the antibiotics.
