That is so true, Im the same way. Im going to surprise a couple of friends and relatives myself. They all think Im huge now, since i was small for a long time, till of course mess around and got on the depo shot and gained from 117 lbs all the way to 168 and you know it took years but I was not the type that would gain weight that easy. I'll say maybe a total of 6 years and boom! But you know I do have faith and will go till the 3 months is over and hopefully by than i have reached at least 1/2 of my goal. My goal is to be 130 lbs...if it works I will get some more to reach my goal.

Sounds like you are on the right track. Im trying to keep it a secret too, my diet dr office is close to my home. I make sure I am there very early I never sign my full name and try and sneak in and out. My neighbors are all thin and lovely and they tend to gossip alot so dont want they seeing me there. You are 161 I think you will reach your goal just keep up the good work and It is very very possible.
