HOPE THIS WORKS! I'm new!!

Well, today is my first day using phentermine, Im really excited about it after reading and reading on this site. I have a good friend of mine that did it and she lost the weight and thats how I heard about it. Im 168 and want to loose 30 pounds.(5'2) Hoping that this is the right choice since Im starting to get a little depress about my weight! I have so much nice clothing that Im leaving cause of this that i feel its time to do something, and I hope that i gets the support I need from this site.
Please check up on me every now and than..

Im sure you will do great. I started on mine a little over a week ago and I feel great. I exercise every morning and walk every afternoon. Im sure that you will reach your goal weigh. GOOD LUCK :grin:

Yes thats one thing Im starting monday, we have a gym here at work so Im going to workout every lunch time.. I will post everything I do, maybe I can motivate someone else elsewell...

Welcome to the site :gg: I know how it feels to see your nice clothes and know that you can not fit into them. But you will just stay motivated and exercise and eat healthy. I think it is awesome that you are doing somthing about it now. good luck :razz:

I am in the same boat, girl. New to the phen and to the site. How many people are you telling that you are on the phen. I have told just my hubby and sister who lives with us. I don't want to hear any negativity about what I am taking. Good luck and keep the faith! 8-)

Honestly girlfriend, I haven't told noone but my husband and one friend and everyone in this site. I am the same way, I dont want any negativity. Its not a simple situation and its been hard for me to loose the weight but right now im positive and hoping that this is the right boat. Im going to go on and this will be my second week. I was 168, am 161, lost 7 pounds so far, I was a little bad on Sunday, I think i went over my portions. But i wont quit thats for sure :razz:

One thing I like about not telling anyone is once there's a difference that people are noticing, its my little secret. I can't wait for family members (who have all had gastric bypass) to ask me about it. I plan to say, Oh I'm just drinking a ton of water!
