I started my weight loss journey on 02/02/06 weighing 250 lbs. :( I would like to lose about 130 lbs by the end of the year. I don't know if this is realistic or not but I'm willing to give it a try. I am currently taking Phentermine which is working great. I also walk 2 miles, 3 days a week. I tried that Boot Camp by Billy Blanks one day for 20 minutes, afterwards I was VERY sore for the next for days. I will start again on Monday, and at least do it 2 times a week. I may have made a mistake by not continueing to do the workout even though I was sore. My weigh in day is on Thursday and this past week I was down to 244, and as of today 243. :grin:
