Karina, you have done an awesome job on getting fit!I am so proud of you; it wasn't easy but just getting there is a huge motivator to STAYING there, don't you think?

Thanks guys Im so motivated myself.. I do feel better and yea pretty too. I haven't felt like this in ages. I keep trying on pants that have been sitting in my closet for ages and they fit and loose and that makes me want to keep going. You guys are almost about to hit your goal also (kim and Susan) thats just great! Im really proud of both of you and am glad to see that Im not the only one going thru this.

We all will get there it just takes time and patients for some of us. I just can't wait now to go shopping for my ball dress in december its getting closer and closer... Im going to shock some of my husbands friends I know. They probably think he has a new wife jajajaja... anyways all I can say is that I did this without my family and most of my depression back than was because of them...(mom,dad,brother) I was told alot of times how old and big I was from them to stop eating etc.. you know some of you out there are probably like that and I want you to take that like it was never said and go on and proof to them that you are better than what they think and let them see it for themselves.. You guys should have seen mom when she saw me she was like your so beautiful... that was shocking to hear...

That is awesome that you can get into pants taht have been sat in your closet, I bet it feels awesome.

:cool: Karina, it's refreshing to read in your journal some of the things tou have overcome and some of the thoughts you have taken the power away from. No more fat thoughts! No more 'no good' thoughts!! GONE! POOF! I am so happy for you and so proud of what you are doing.

Thanks Susan, you guys just make me feel like Im not a looser after all.. I have learned so much from you'all and one thing is to care about me cause noone else will. Im glad my goal this year is about to be met and even though it took me a while I feel the longer the better and the weight will stay off.

Guys its weird, I weight myself today and Im at 133 so maybe Im eating too much fruit...good thing.. so its going quicker than I thought. I have been working out 3 times a week cardio and hopefully tomorrow weights. will see. Its amazing how busy my days are so I bet that has alot to do! hopefully I can motivate others not to quit and theres sunshine up the road... Good luck to everyone..

:p Karina, 133 is GREAT! With your super exercising, it is surely mostly muscle weight, too! Congratulations, Babe!!! You have MADE IT TO BABE-DOM!
