Well guys, here I am a little dissapointed! I just weight myself and didn't loose anything, the first week was like awsome when i lost those 7 pounds but now im just in a stand still.. Im still good with my portions and water and veggies, so i dont know if its because Im working out harder and its muscle tone thats keeping me steady? Dont know, but I need a little push right now.

Hey Katrina, don't feel bad about yourself. You have accomplished a lot
in your efforts so far. It is probably the new muscle that is stopping you
from losing weight. Muscle weighs much more than fat does.

Thanks Ian, at least your giving me a good positive view! I didn't know that muscle weight more than fat??? I have been doing weights on my arms and the precore is not easy its almost like doing the stairs, do that for 40 minutes 2 miles 4 times a week. Maybe your right... well I wont quit thats for sure maybe next week I'll see a pound or so go away.
I might just start measuring myself, it might be best.

Hey Karina.... it's 99% likely that you are just building up those MUSCLES and that's why you aren't seeing the scales going down. Muscle is more dense that fat and weighs more Keep up the good work!!!

Thanks guys, that is very helpful advice. I surely wont stop working out. you know the energy i gets its awsome i do more at the gym on my lunch hour than ever.. :smt041 The problem I have now is that I gets hungry in the evenings. When I first started phentermine I was not hungry just normal and a small portion that I would make myself eat. Do you guys think I should take another half pill before lunch? Maybe doing all that workout makes me hungry.. I only lost the first week 7 pounds and im steady since than, but i do know i dont eat as light in the evenings either. I be starving by the time i makes it home, like if I had the hardest day ever.
Please any suggestions? :-k

hi Karina.
I see a diet dr and while on phen, I know that he has suggested when i couldnt sllep to take the pills a lil earlier and it worked out fine. I used to take then at 9:am. Know i was having the same promblem and he told me to take take it about 11:am and its been working out for me. He says everone is different he has patient who take them very early and others later in the afternoon. I don't know if that any help to you .
please keep us posted.

congratulations on your weight loss and it is awesome you have gotten off of soda I too was addicted to dr pepper and know how hard it is keep up the great work and keep me informed
