Well guys, here I am dragging thru today. Wednesdays is not my day, I dont even workout on this day. Today I will change that and Im going to the gym! I was told earlier that I looked smaller, I was questioned if Im loosing weight. So that made me feel good, but I have not weight myself yet so I dont know if I have lost any. I want to do it on friday, you know its kinda addicted to get on the scale. I think its more excited now doing it every friday! Please guys, give me some good advices on snacking. I have peanuts and granola bars and that gets pretty bored. At home i do have fruit but is there like low fat cookie recipe out there or a low fat cake recipe? Just wondering.
Anyways Im still off the coke and still drinking water. Im amazed on myself, yesterday i made a diet Dr pepper and believe it or not i only drank maybe 3 swallows. I just dont have the craving for it anymore.
Also, let me know of any new exercises for buns!
