Hey Karina!

I stalled for a while also between weeks 2 and 3. Then I one day I was down an additional 4 lbs! Just stick with things and it'll come off.

I agree w/ taking the pills a little later. What I do on the weekends (I'll forget during the week) is I'll take 1/2 a pill when I wake up and then 1/2 a pill before lunch. That keeps me going all day!

Thanks so much guys! I guess I can try doing it a little later! I usually take it around 7:00 am so Im going to try 9:00 am that way I can get my boost for my workout at 10:00 am. If that dont work than I will try the half and half. I haven't weight myself so far, but Im going to wait till friday that way i have a full week of working out! Guys it is hard on me on the coke, I almost had one yesterday. I served it but than i couldn't drink it, like suddenly I wasn't thirsty for it. I had cranberry juice instead, its pretty tangy :confused: , so I dont mind that! Thanks guys for the support!

YAY!!! I am so proud of you for not drinking the coke I was drinking a 12pk a day of dr pepper and 1st day I actually cried because I was having caffeine withdrawls so I poured it down the drain out of site out of mind havent been craving it since

Thanks Jessie, I had the hardest time! but now I dont care much for it. I didn't drink a 12 pk but I bet I was getting there. I went on vacation and suddenly I gained 10 more pounds and thats when I decided to do something. So far its great just have to get used to understanding that not every week I will loose. I will let you'all know friday if anything is gone!! hopefully a pound(great if its more!)

aww you are doing so great I have to keep reminding myself that I didnt gain it overnight and will not loose it overnight and then some weeks you may not loose but remember that muscle weighs more than fat do you measure inches? sometimes you may see that you are loosing inches but see no difference in what the scales say personally i would much rather see my pants starting to fall off of me alot more than i would care what the scales say but keep up the good work and it will come off

Well guys, here I am dragging thru today. Wednesdays is not my day, I dont even workout on this day. Today I will change that and Im going to the gym! I was told earlier that I looked smaller, I was questioned if Im loosing weight. So that made me feel good, but I have not weight myself yet so I dont know if I have lost any. I want to do it on friday, you know its kinda addicted to get on the scale. I think its more excited now doing it every friday! Please guys, give me some good advices on snacking. I have peanuts and granola bars and that gets pretty bored. At home i do have fruit but is there like low fat cookie recipe out there or a low fat cake recipe? Just wondering.

Anyways Im still off the coke and still drinking water. Im amazed on myself, yesterday i made a diet Dr pepper and believe it or not i only drank maybe 3 swallows. I just dont have the craving for it anymore.

Also, let me know of any new exercises for buns!

Thats great that you are going to the gym today im sure it will help make your wed. better. On the snacks i've found that there are 100 calorie snack packs cookies of all kinds and they are good. I think its made by Nabisco also there is jello which is sugar free and thats really
good. And my favorite jello-pudding sugar free . I hope that ive helped you a little bit .
