I get dry mouth also. It helps me get my water in though, I feel like I am constantly dehydrated.

Have you weighed yourself yet?

I've started leaving 1-gallon bottles of water in my office, that way I can keep track of my water in a very real way. The local grocery store was having a sale - a buck apiece. So I bought 6 and now I just fill them up and bring them in on a rotation basis. It's a lot of water but I'll tell ya, I'm well hydrated and in addition to avoiding the dry mouth issue, my skin looks fabulous. Ellen
