Okay, I started the Phentermine on February 15. Today is the 17th and I feel great. I have noticed that I'm not hungry all of the time, and it also gives me more energy. I also didn't fall asleep in history class! Anyway, I haven't felt any of the side effects, and I'm not expecting them. I love this phorum! :smile:

Hi Aleli
welcome to the site. The only side effect I experience was dry mouth. Are you exercising? this is a great site to get motivated and focued so you can reach your goal. Please keep us posted

No, I haven't had the time to work out. All the excercise I get is walking. I've been walking a lot lately.

Today is my fifth day. Since yesterday, I noticed that my mouth is dry all of the time. I haven't had a chance to weight myself, but I will in 2 days when I complete my 1st week. I worked 8 hours today... customer service... and I don't feel tired at all, just the usual pain in my feet from standing all the time.
